In that case, make sure you enable max logging and try again. When using teams. 
in the log file you can see wehre it converts that to a person (and hence to 
the persons name). Copy the relevant part of the log file to the list and we 
should be able to see what is happening.

If memory serves me correct, when using People you put () round them, when 
using Teams you use {}.

Hi,

 

The Test mail works fine. I defined several people and joined them to a team.

If I select the individual people to inform when an alert occurs, it works fine.

But if I only select the team (with this people) no one is informed!

 

Any hints?
