Hi,

I am doing exactly the same test here and everything is fine.
Maybe you try to increase the timeout (5seconds here) or opt for "second
knock".

Betreff: [SA-list] IMAService: status "NOT OK". (incorrect?)

Hi,

I'm fairly new to SAlive. So far, I have configured ODBC checks (by
checking external errorlevel), URL checks, FTP checks, telnet checks....
All very satisfying!

I have trouble to configure a proper check on my Citrix-server(s). I was
able to setup a working TELNET-check for the particular server. Now I
also
try to check for the IMAService. For this, I set:
- Check to use: "NT Service",
- Authenticate before checking: Active (username/password according
domainuser with admin-rights to the citrix-server)

Then I use the [...] button and I can see how SALive logs in to the
Citrix
server and after a short while, a selectionbox shows all the services
that
were found, INCLUDING the service: "IMAService".

So I select that service, save all those settings and have SALive start
checking. But it keeps returning "NOT OK".

Am I overlooking something?

Thanks in advance,
Igor Kerstges.
