How about the the good old "at" command?
It works with remote servers as well.
You need to set the time when to execute the program for the at command.
That might be tricky, especially if your servers have no syncronized time.

You could run something via the Scheduler or use something like PsExec(part
of the PsTools package) from SysInternals( http://www.sysinternals.com ) or
the Remote Command service from the Windows Resource kit.
