Steve, Sounds like an ideal candidate for WSH (Windows Scripting Host). If you are NT 4 you'll need to install WSH - freely available from Microsoft. As it happens, I have some source code I can send you... (deletes files older than X days old, but can be tailored to move them...) Please advise
