Check for rouge processes from SA.  I have some that stick around when doing an 
upgrade.   wsTwit.exe  wsTwitThr.exe  are my two offenders usually. They 
don’t stop running when I kill the SA service.

I have a server (that cannot be rebooted during working hours) that says that 
Only one instance of of Server's alive can be run at one time.  There are 
currently no instances of serversalive.exe running.  It runs as an app and the 
service is disabled.  Any thoughts?
