What kind of changes are you doing?
To the entries or in the setup?
The service that is shown in RED, what does it give as reason for the down?
And if the gui (none checking mode) is not running, what does the
webinterface as status for that entry and what reason for that status?

In the current beta it's possible to call the GUI from the icon (if the icon
is running on the same system as the serversalive service).
