If you can find a copy of TeleDisk and a TD0 image file from NVG then that
will write the formatting as well as the data, you can then drop the
required image onto that disc.

If you have a W95/98/2K box then the best package to use is Edwin's Disk
Manager as it will write DSK and SAD images under Windows.
