I have now received revised Keyboard Membranes for the Sam Coupé which
are made of thinner material and now give a much improved response.
I have sent them out to a couple of people to try and they have

Following extensive discussions with the keyboard membrane supplier, I
have now received a test sample of a slighly altered membrane design,
which is now also thinner than the replacements we previously supplied.

You may ask people send you messages with their names, amount of membranes they
would like to have and a price they can pay per each membrane
So I'd found a company that makes keyboard membranes and send them a Sam
membrane to look at...
The company has given me a cost statement and sadly I think its too expensive.
100 Sam membranes would cost about 8 Pounds each, but because it's the first run
they have to adjust their ma
The same here - it's only a matter of time before this membrane goes, so
I'll need a couple more. Also, my mouse interface seems to be getting
dodgy. Does anyone still tinker with them?

Hello!
For a long time I see only questions about where to find Sam keyboard
membranes, but I do not seen anything what may help in producing new
ones. Why not take check now much membranes needed and not ask for help
some small company which does such kind of layers for other devices
Does anyone sell any keyboard membranes ?

I'm on about my four-and-a-halfth power supply, and my second Sam. The

my power supply the first time, who said he knew what he

Does anyone know the life expectancy of a SAM keyboard membrane? Old
Spectrums start malfunctioning if their membranes deteriorate, and I wondered
how SAM's compared with them.
Other than the membrane, what other part's failure would herald the end of
SAMs working life?
