[Samba] whats the diffrence between sambaNTPassword and userPassword

[Samba] Simple question regarding net command samba 3.0.25.

Hi All, I have an issue that I can't understand why it's happening. I have about 5 shares created. One is "reports" another is "user_data" and there are a few others. What I have run into is that for me to assign, for example, the "user_data" share, I have to also assign the "reports" share.
