Hello all.
I'm relatively new to Samba, and haven't been able to track down a
solution to this particular problem.
I use Samba/Winbind to authenticate FreeBSD machines against a
Windows 2003 Active Directory. That all works fine. The problem is
that groups in the AD of type "Security Group - Doma

Hi all,
I have an HP Proliant 115 (Dual Core Opteron) server with 4GB of RAM set

backend and I'm planning to add an LDAP slave on the BDC. Both are running

Hi!
I have a problem with winbind. it has been configured and all working fine
until one day gencache.tdb got corrupted. I had to delete it and join the
domain again with 'net ads join -U admin'. And voila, people can connect
against the AD.
But since that day, from time to time I had to stop

on my centos 5.2 box it only returns
*Domain Users

I have checked the ldap tree on the centos box, user root is indeed in group

No, I'm 99% sure there isn't a gcc on MP-RAS. I've looked at
building gcc as well, but then run into more problems with that; config.guess
fails trying to run a utility that doesn't exist.
