I need to setup an Samba ID local to our Unix system without tying it into
AD to avoid the AD password regulations and restrictions. IDs are currently
configured so samba is only using AD for authentication. I'm not sure if

I am having issues with joining samba 3.4.7 to MS-Active Directory, MS-2003
with SFU installed.
I am experiencing the same issue with the 3.4.7 version obtained from the pware
site and with the version I have compiled on our IBM server.
