Hello guys, I am using Samba version 3.5.6~dfsg-3squeeze6 and it is running very well with winbind authentication on our internal network. Now I want to expose one share and one printer to another network (192.168.2.0/24), so now this server is configured with two NICs. My smb.conf is as follow

Hi All, I'm sure this has been asked before but I can't find anything recent. Using Samba4 and windows clients, the client logs include lots off 'windows has detected that offline caching is enabled on the roaming profile share...' messages. Is this an issue and if so, how do I sort it? I

Hello all. I only recently discovered 'net ads search'. But it seems '-P' can only be used by root, while I'd need to let 'radius' user do searches. Is it "dangerous" if I make it rw for 'radius' group (or a new group I'll make 'radius' user a member)? Any other solution, that maybe lets me have
