network can authenticate off my samba 3.6.5 PDC, and access their windows

So in this case, I would apply it to my domain admin group, and change the
gid to 0? Or is there a separate group i should be looking at?

Ah, that is great news. As for the entry, are you referring to
sambaGroupMapping to the posix group?
