After the "make", there is tbench , dbench , no smbtorture.
The problem is that this dbench does not accept -B (--backend) option.
As for the smbtorture, it seems no place to download.

Hi,
I am measuring the performance of my newly bought NAS with IOZone.
The NAS is of an embedded linux with samba installed. (CPU is Intel Atom)
The IOZone reported that write performance to be over 1GBps while the file
size less or equals to 1GB.
Since the nic is 1Gbps, the maximum speed is suppo
nting, opening, seeking, reading, writing.)
The utilization of network bandwidth up to 50%.
I also tried to build 3 connections, and make the utilization up to 75%.
But for 4 connections or above, the utilization can not go up any more (even
lower).

I invoke the same process in local Windows XP,
