[Samba] Urgent Help :How set "NT password" for an for an user

[Samba] ISO8859-1.so file not found while Upgrading Samba

Hi All, I have been given a task to upgrade the current SAMBA version(1.9.18) in Solaris 8 to version 3.0.22 . After installing the package, the server is not starting up and in smbd.log, some error is being logged. It actually searching for a method init_mode in a CHARSET file ( ISO8859-1.so).
