[Samba] File validation errors?

[Samba] Linux server, Win2k client: Almost works, what am I missing?

client, I can access the test share just fine as user "skunk" on the linux box. So, what obvious thing am I missing? What allows user "nobody" to access the share from a Win2k box, but then denies all other users? There is no Win2k user "nobody" within the DEVGROUP doma

[Samba] Can't access a linux server using a Win2K client

y the logs from smbd when I tried this with debug level 3, if any of that will help. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. If this question has been answered before, feel free to direct me to the appropriate archives (I didn't see any search options available). Thank you. ---K
