them. Thanks in advance.

Hi,
not really a problem, but it's annoying: when I run smbstatus on my PDC
it shows the ip addresses, not the names of clients. The PDC is 3.0.21a,
acting as a wins server (name resolution from the clients works fine),
the clients are 3.0.14a samba and Windows XP. Has anyone seen this
before and/o
I had the same problem with 3.0.14a, it seems that clients don't like
long names or names with certain characters in them. The printer names

Having the machine name equal to the workgroup name is a no-no, as far

1) Do you have the user pianoman in your passdb?
2) Is pianoman a member of the Domain Admins group?

Hello,
according to TOSHARG:
sambaLogonTime:Integer - value currently unused.
sambaLogoffTime:Integer - value currently unused.
does anyone know when this is going to be implemented?
