Remove the "guest ok = Yes" line, and restart samba
Have you tried adding the line
map untrusted to domain = Yes
to your PDC config, and reloading samba? I see it in your print-new
config file, but not in the SBS_PDC smb.conf

Which version of Samba are you using? I used to run a samba 3.2 domain,
which worked fine until Windows7 came along - when I tried accessing shares
using a Windows7 client, I received identical errors to you.
