I would like todo the following with samba, map my unix users, so that each
time I add a user to the unix system or group, it can use samba to acces his
$HOME directory from microsoft windows. So no smbpasswd etc..

You could achieve this using a LDAP structure such as OpenLDAP and put
all the *NIX/Windows users config into it.
If you use passwd you'll need smbpasswd.
