I'm experienceing problems with Samba 3.0.25,1 running in a FreeBSD box.
I've succesfully joined a domain, and I've configured mail with auth on W2k3
server thorugh PAM.
YET
If I issue
mail# /usr/local/www net rpc testjoin
Unable to find a suitable server

I have compile samba source with 64 bit option in Solaris9, when I tried
to use net rpc join command to add the machine to the Domain I receive
the following error
Unable to find a suitable server
Does anyone run to the same error ?

Guess so..
can you ping/traceroute to the PDC from the BDC ??
also make sure, you set your smb.conf settings right..!
(see the doc's on howto!!)
did you joint the domain with your BDC ??
or did this error occure when you issued the join command??

I'm running a redhat enterprise 3.0.
I have manually installed samba-3.0.4 as a pdc.
On a different computer i'm trying to set up a bdc but i get Unable to find
a suitable server
Am I missing something?
