I need some help with samba in a samba enviroment as a backup domain
controller. There seems to be a lack of good documentation.
I would prefer a pure samba envioment using the samba password file and
rsync, this is the most basic setup but there is no documentation. If not
possible I
not possible I would use ldap as the backend, but once again there is
limited documentation.
Then perhaps you aren't looking in the right place. Try going to
www.samba.org and hit any of the links under Learn Samba on the left
side, the first two in particular. That should be enough doc for
