My clients are windows xp sp2, however there is the same function: Start->Run->gpedit.msc LocalComputerPolicy -> ComputerConfiguration AdministrativeTemplates -> System -> User Profile -> Do not check for user ownership of Roaming profiles set to enable now a basic PDC works :-), thanks Nicola
