I checked the permissions and they are now what you said. I remember reading that somewhere in one of the last tries at this PDC setup. I tried it and still Access denied with the same error. I do not know if this is good or not but I am M$ illiterate. I created a root/admin account and it joined. It was that windows needed a admin account. I am sure I would have been here looking for the answers you supplied later then sooner. So... thanks John.
