Hi,
Thanks for your feedback about this Pixma, I'll update ASAP the
documentation for the MP390.
However, the pixma package you are using is now very outdated and
unmaintained, why don't you try to install the latest git version, which
includes the pixma backend, and give a try with it ?

Hi, I would like to ask if somebody is currently working on a driver for
the Nikon 9000 scanner? The last post I?ve seen is from June 2008. Has
this driver finished already? Though I am not a very experienced
developer on kernel modules or drivers, I might be able to help during
the testing of it.
Hi,
thanks for the reply.
"Not initialising the status variable before returning it, most likely.
Meaning that this is probably a minor bug in the epson2 backend."
How can I solve this?
Regards
Oliver

I had a similar problem with the fujitsu backend when I built 1.0.20
on the slug a few months ago. The cross-compiler does not init vars to
0. Get a log of the problem occurring, so we can track down which
function is being called:

Hi,
I saw that status is missing for the MP 390.
I've managed to get sane/xsane working with my MP390.
I did this by compiling the mp150-0.13.1.tar.bz2 package.
It works well with these resolutions : 75, 150, 300, 600, 1200 DPI, both
in color and grey.
Best regards
Thibault
