Hello folks! A few years ago I posted about my Xerox DocuMate 510 and its
strange colored bands when using Sane. Unfortunately back then, I didn't
have time to dig deeper into the problem.
I tried this scanner again recently, and found similar results.

Is it the case ? Sometimes scanners are merely relabeled models.
I don't know. On sane-project.org the model is listed as unsupported.
I have noticed
as this is my first time working with sane or any
scanning on Linux for that matter.
