Hi, I've commited a patch to CVS that introduces an option "no_epp" to mustek_pp.conf. When this option is defined, the EPP protocol is not tried.
This works around a known bug in the parport kernel code of linux that causes the mustek_pp backend to hang on some systems. kind regards -- jochen
