The Systems Administrator will provide technical support of Wintel servers and applications. The work location for this position is Conshohocken, PA. Required Skills / Experience: 5+ years hands-on experience supporting Windows Servers. Expert knowledge of the Windows Operating System. Superior trouble shooting and problem solving skills. Extensive experience implementing/supporting MS Clustering, MS SQL 2005 & 2008 (multi-instance, clustered), IIS, TCP/IP, Active Directory and OS security. Knowledge of load balancing. High work standards and high productivity. Experience in financial services or other high risk environment. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a deadline driven environment. Willingness to work extended work weeks (includes extended and weekend shifts). Understanding of change and problem management processes and tools. Awareness of Audit and compliance aspects of data processing. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Desirable Skills / Experience: Working knowledge of one or more scripting languages. Experience working with third party tools such as Symantec Netbackup, McAfee Anti-Virus and IBM Tivoli Monitoring. Education: Bachelors Degree in a technical discipline.
