He/She will perform hands-on coding, mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews as needed. . He/She will provide architectural guidance in conjunction with the architecture team. . Experience using industry standard defect tracking and source control systems . Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and pay close attention to detail. . Superior organizational and time management skills .
