*Must-haves * - Nortel experience - Cisco networking experience - Cisco Communications Manager, Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Presence, Cisco Mobility - Knowledge of TCP/IP, Protocols, Routing, Subnet, QSIG - Cisco VOIP engineering and support experience - Experience migrating Nortel PBX to Cisco UC *Day-to-Day * Responsible for supporting and troubleshooting technical challenges during migration from a Legacy Nortel PBX phone system to a Cisco Unified Communications platform. Will be responsible for receiving questions and escalations from our field technicians and end-users during a phased migration to a Cisco converged network. Troubleshoot Nortel/Cisco issues including system interoperability and feature compatibility.
