*Duration: 3 month Contract To Hire* JD:- The Senior Programmer Analyst is responsible for the timely completion of systems and programming tasks for complex or business-critical applications. These tasks might include system design, coding, testing, installation, documentation and post-installation audits, all performed in accordance with established standards. • 6 or more years of systems analysis and programming experience • Proven expertise in Application Design, Analysis, Development and Integration related to PeopleSoft 9.2 core modules – HRMS, Base Benefits, Benefit Admin and Payroll Interface. These tasks include development of PeopleSoft customizations utilizing PeopleTools 8.53, Application Designer, Application Engine, SQR’s, Component Interface objects, workflow and familiarity with the PeopleSoft Self Service modules: eProfile, eBenefits and eDevelopment. • Technical core competencies to include development with PeopleTools 8.53, Component Interfaces, SQR’s, Application Engine, Application Packages, PeopleCode, Integration Broker, PS Queries, SQL, Oracle 11g/12c, PL/SQL, Toad, PVCS, Unix and Windows 7 • Working knowledge and experience with Java, J2EE, XML, HTML, WSDL, Weblogic, and JavaScript is required • Must have understanding of project management processes and experience in full lifecycle development • Experience working within a formal methodology for software development • Experience in full project lifecycle including all stages of design, development and implementation of custom applications as well as the deployment of packaged solutions • Ability to perform multiple tasks and adjust priorities based on workload and direction from management • Strong verbal and written communications skills • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
