Database design & implementation skills Strong 11g RAC experience (data migrations with tools such as RMAN, Data Guard) Must have performance tuning, data modeling, & PL SQL experience Very strong with SQL Tuning, SQL traces, AWR analysis, SQLT and TKPROF. Experienced in implementing CRS and ASM Experience with UNIX/LINUX configuration, remote boot, monitoring and logging. Must have thorough knowledge of Oracle Workflow and be able to write, review and troubleshoot SQL and Unix scripts.
