Team, I need an Agile Coach for Plano, TX 1 year $60/hour Agile Coach Description Base Responsibilities: - Partnering with the FS TECH Agile Transformation Lead to understand the needs of the Enterprise while also considering the unique needs of FS TECH - Exhibit outstanding influencing skills to effectively drive process implementation, standardization and simplification - Display a passion for coaching and developing a team of associates through their leadership style - Excellent communication and partnership skills, essential when interacting and communicating with key stakeholders and customers at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes. Strong vertical and horizontal communication skills. - Possesses most skills of the traditional project manager. Coaching Responsibilities: - Assist FS TECH Scrum and Kanban teams to improve delivery performance through coaching and mentoring on team roles, tools, processes and ceremonies. - Identify opportunities for continuous operational and/or team improvements - Advance Business, IT and Operations leaderships understanding of their respective roles within Agile - Impart external agile industry knowledge within FS TECH - Provide training/workshops, as needed and support for all FS Agile Communities of Practice - Consults on and utilizes the latest rapid development or other non-sequential project methodologies. - Serves as subject matter expert on Agile development methods and processes; including SAFE (Scaled Agile Frameworks) - Maintain relevant metrics that help the team see how they are performing - Ensure cross-team coordination Qualifications Basic Qualifications: - Bachelors Degree or Military experience - At least 5 Years of Project/Process Management experience - At least 3 Years of People Management experience - At least 3 5 Years of Agile Coaching Preferred Qualifications: - Master's Degree - At least 10 years of Project/Process Management experience - PMP, Lean, Agile, Scrum or Six Sigma certification - Exceptional communication and collaboration skills - Excellent problem solving and influencing skills - Experiencing implementing SAFe (Scaled Agile Frameworks) Please send the updated resume of the consultant along with the rate, location and contact information.
