*Must have: SQL Server and Windows environment. * Top Skills: 1. PeopleSoft Administration - Must have the infrastructure knowledge of how PeopleSoft works. Understand the server side of PeopleSoft and how they are configured. Knowledge of the applications running on those servers - such as the databases and tables and how they are organized and all works together. 2. PeopleSoft Engineering Experience - Must have knowledge of how the PeopleSoft solution is built. They need someone to come in and assess their current environment - help maintain and run it - all while helping to build and design a new PeopleSoft server infrastructure. 3. HR Module Experience - Must understand how this modules is set up, how the jobs work, and the imports/exports of each.
