Make sure the Consultant's skills match the requirement.* * * * * *Title: SAP SD Functional Consultant* *Duration: Long Term* *Location: Sunnyvale , CA* * * * * *Note: Client is looking for consultants who can come for face to face interview at our Santa Clara office either on Thursday i.e. 13th June'13 or on Friday i.e.14th June'13.* * * ** Will let you know the address and timing details once we short list the profiles.* *Required Skills:* A functional professional with at least two + full lifecycle SAP SD implementation and 10+ years of industry and/or consulting experience. • Expertise in End-to-End implementations, Upgrade, Production Support and Roll-out projects, gathering business requirements, identifying gaps, preparation of as-is and to-be documents, business blue print, ASAP methodology, configuration support, customizing guidance, training users and power-users, preparation of training documents and providing post production support • At least 4 years of experience implementing SAP SD • Strong skills in integration of SD with other application areas including MM, FI, & PP • Good experience in configuration of Order-To-Cash (OTC) business process with focus on areas of Order Management, Pricing, Delivery and Billing Knowledge on IDOC, LSMW, Background Job Scheduling, BAPI, Creating Query and Debugging • Conducted training for users of the Sales & Distribution module in SAP R/3 and created user manuals focusing on Business Process Procedures * * *Desirable* - Able to work effectively with anyone with different skill sets, personalities, work styles, or motivation level - Able to create and communicate vision and ideas that inspires others to follow with commitment and dedication. - Skills to listen and articulate your ideas in writing and verbally to any audience in a way where you are heard and you achieve the goals you intended with that communication. - Able to maintain attention and achieve your desired outcome - Able to coordinate and solicit well represented opinions and feedback from a group with diverse perspectives to reach a common, best solution. - Able to influence perspective or decision making but still have the people you influence think they made up their own mind. - Able to be interesting and interested in business conversations that motivates people to want to be in your network. - Able to build trust, find common ground, have empathy, and ultimately build good relationships with people you like or in positions of power/influence.
