Senior Analyst/Developer also collaborates with end-users and provides support to Web Developers, project leaders, and project consultants. *MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * 1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred, or Associate's Degree and four years programming experience. 2. Four years Web development experience. 3. Demonstrated senior level experience / knowledge in Sourcesafe, TFS, TSql, Plsql, SQL 2005, SSIS, Sql stored procedures, database triggers, ODBC and other database technologies where applicable. ASP, HTML, DHTML, Ajax, JavaScript, VBScript, C#, ASP.NET, WinForms, Visual Studio, COM, cross-platform and cross-browser compatibilities. 4. Expertise in Windows NT, SQL server, Oracle, IIS and security. 5. Possesses good communication skills and interpersonal skills to successfully work in a team environment. 6. Ability to work independently with measurable drive for results. *PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: * 1. Responsible for the software design, development and implementation of web-based applications, including: o Research and Analysis o Planning logic and system flow o Coding o Testing o Debugging o Documentation o User Acceptance Testing o Implementation. 2. Collaborates with designers and team members. 3. Conceptualizes and defines system flow for custom interfaces in web applications. 4. Utilizes web automation tools to streamline functionality. 5. Interfaces directly with end-users. 6. Provides support to Web Developers, project leader, and project consultants. 7. Demonstrated planning and organizational skills. 8. Researches, tests, builds, and coordinates the integration of new products per client requirements. 9. Ability to integrate new technologies 10. Encourages open communication among team members 11. Good oral communication and presentation skills 12. Ensures safe care to patients adhering to policies, procedures, and standards, within budgetary specifications, including time management, supply management, productivity, and accuracy of practice. 13. Promotes individual professional growth and development by meeting requirements for mandatory/continuing education, skills competency, supports department-based goals which contribute to the success of the organization; serves as preceptor, mentor, and resource to less experienced staff. 14.
