a) 4-5 years of Salesforce.com development experience b) Strong configuration and design skills in Salesforce.com c) Participation in each phase of full Salesforce.com lifecycle implementations d) In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce application coupled with good understanding of the business processes e) Strong technical foundation including; Advanced structured programming - APEX, Force.com, .Net, Java, etc., understanding of relational database concepts and structures, knowledge of SQL, structured system analysis and design methods, etc. f) Demonstrates successful implementation of Batch Apex and/or Schedule Apex development. g) Understands complex ETL and data migration practices h) Understands web services and available technologies not necessarily part of the Salesforce.com stack, but those which might be utilized to transport data in an enterprise environment.
