Position : Lead Siebel Business Analyst Location : Portland, OR Duration : 3-6 Months Contract * An opportunity exists for a Siebel Team Lead responsible for design and development of the process and programs required build a new enterprise healthcare application using Siebel. You will managing a team of functional and technical staff and lead the design and development of the financial management business area. This will comprise of a collection of business processes including health plan premium processing, administration of carrier risk spreading programs, advance payments and other areas involved with the financial collection and management of health insurance. *Core Qualifications *3+ years' experience leading teams deploying Siebel solutions especially Public Sector Case Management and/or Contact Center / Customer Relationship Management verticals. Special emphasis on leading teams responsible for interfaces and conversions Experience managing client expectations and addressing issues raised by business users when encountering unexpected results in the delivered Siebel application Ability to lead efforts to produce requirements documentation and solution designs to meet the business needs Participation in each phase of at least two full Siebel lifecycle implementations Experience guiding the development and execution of test scripts validating that requirements have been met Full life cycle large project implementations with a focus on requirements analysis and use case development 5 + years' experience with business process components, module integration & client facing consulting engagements 5 + years' experience in a delivery role *Additional Skills *Functional expertise with health care or health insurance companies Significant Consulting/client facing background Demonstrated analytical and qualitative abilities Multiple experiences with process definition and design, requirements definition and mapping, participation in testing and/or training phases Functional configuration and/or design experience in one or more Siebel suite of products (SSA, Call Center, etc.) Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Experience in Project Management processes and the Project Management Lifecycle. Proven experience driving the project delivery process and oversight of project management functions such as project planning, issue tracking and resolution, resource planning, status and milestone tracking. Strong listening, communication, analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills. *Education/Certifications *BS degree in Business, IT or Computer Science (or equivalent) Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio and Project. Siebel Business Analyst Certification (7.5 or greater) a plus!
