They are looking for a unit tester for their development team. Someone who can set up strategies within the testing organization. This individual really needs to understand use cases, what needs to be functionally tested from a capability standpoint, and coordinate that with the development team. This consultant will do integration testing with their testing partners. Their formal testing group is external, but this is a quality readiness validation internal to the development. They need someone who is a strong developer who understands error messages, results that were expected, and can work within SQL to populate the data accurately. This candidate is supporting applications related to RESPA. *Interview Process:* 1 phone interview 30 min with manager. 2nd round face to face is possible if manager is on the fence.
