*Position : SAP Senior Functional Consultant* *Location : Lake Forest, IL, (Chicago Area)* *Duration : 6 - 12 Months* *Experience : 8 - 10 Yrs* *SAP SD* SAP Senior Functional Consultant for a specialized Pharmaceutical company head quartered in Lake forest, USA. The candidate is expected to be a senior member of a functional team for a large SAP support and maintenance project catering to global user base. *SAP SD Certified* The consultant should have worked in *SAP SD & MM* module extensively. He should have worked in* SAP SD / MM* for minimum 5-10 years with warehouse implementation experience in* LATAM countries(Latin America).* *Role and Responsibilities* As a Senior Functional Consultant, will be responsible for Requirement Analysis,Functional Design,Testingand CutoverActivities. Responsible for completing all tasks assigned by project manager. Responsible for reviewing solutions designed by the team members. Responsible for proactively working with business users for identifying and resolving requirement / testing issues. *Required Skills and experience* Must have end to end implementation experience. In-depth functional understanding of *SD and MM* modules and expert knowledge in configuration and maintenance of *SAP* systems. Good understanding of business processes in the life sciences / pharmaceutical domain. Ability to understand business requirements from business users and prepare and review functional specifications. Exposure is essential to highly customized *SAP* environments and working on interfaces with *Non SAP systems.* Very good understanding of integration of *SAP modules* in End to end business processes Exposure to Run *SAP (Solution Manager) methodologies.* Good understanding of *GXP and SOX* requirements. Should have working experience in a validated environment. *Desired skills* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Well versed in English. Excellent spoken and written skills. Written and spoken Spanish language skill is advantage. Proactive approach to problem solving. Experience in working in Global delivery model *(GDM)* will be an added advantage.
