*Title: Business Systems Analyst - (OBIEE + finance background Analyst (Gcore))Location: Mountain View CA*
*Duration: 6-12 months, extendable till 2 years* *Responsibilities* · Partner with internal business teams in developing delivery roadmaps, defining business processes and associated system requirements. · Organize and manage project work to drive predictable delivery. · Participate in system implementation projects (requirements documentation, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution). · Plan, prioritize, and deliver systems enhancements. Support and upgrade implemented systems. · Architect innovative solutions to automate and scale business systems. *Minimum qualifications* · BS degree or equivalent practical experience. · 4+ years of experience implementing and customizing vendor software through full system implementation life-cycles (analyze, design, build, test, implement, support). · Experience with one or more Finance functional areas (e.g. accounting and business intelligence). · Experience with one or more of the following technologies: Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), Oracle Business Intelligence Analytics (OBIA) · Additional experience in Oracle E-Business Suite, Data Relationship Management (DRM) is desired *Preferred qualifications* · MA/MS degree. · 7+ years of relevant work experience. · Experience with upgrade on versions of OBIEE and OBIA · Knowledge of Accounting as well as working knowledge of data modeling · Experience in Financial Analytics Report Design · Deep understanding and experience in Integrations both inbound and outbound. · Experience working with systems that handle sensitive data. · Successful track record in working on cross-functional, cross-team projects. · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong analytical skills, and ability to deal with ambiguity in a rapidly changing business environment. *Skill Matrix:* *Skills* *Mandatory (M) / Preferable (P)* *Self Assessment Rating - 1 (Low) – 5 (High)* *Remarks (Justification for the rating)* · OBIEE M · Oracle GL M · Oracle AP M · Basic SQL P · Accounting Knowledge M · Experience 10+ Years Best Regards, *Fredric Miller | Sr. Recruiter*Pull Skill Technologies, Inc.
