*Title: **Sr Agile/Test Driven* * * *Location: **Farmington Hills, MI* * * *Length: 6 Months CTH*** *Requirements:* · They have tapped out the Metro Detroit market on Agile/TDD resources and are looking for some fresh candidates. · The skills my client is looking for is Java, Agile and Test Driven Development combination. · Candidates must be very experienced in Agile and TDD. · My client has a large agile team developing a Content Management Interface to provide content authors and editors the ability to create, manage and publish new articles, aggregations, etc. · utilizing custom workflows. · They are e also developing portlets and business tier services and consumers for an educational tool targeted for libraries and K-12/Colleges/Universities. · The location is Farmington Hills, MI and they prefer a contract-to-hire model. · Typically it's 6 months on contract and they bring you on board as a full time permanent employee after that. · In this role you would coach/mentor/utilize agile methodologies and tools such as pair programming, poker planning, retrospectives, TDD, and managing the story board to speed development and provide high-quality, business value to the customers.
