Around 8+ Years on BI, Analytics & Big data experience • End to end implementation of at least 2-3 big data project using at least 2 of Hadoop, Map Reduce or NoSQL platforms • Strong Experience in Business Intelligence, Big data architecture and Big data technology & components – Healthcare experience is added plus • Strong knowledge and experience in implementing solutions in Big data technology stack Hadoop (Cloudera, HDFS, MapReduce, Pig, Flume, Sqoop, Splunk, Cassandra, HBase, Hive, IBM Big Insights, Pivotal Oozie etc.) • Provide solution approach for the use cases identified for Big data • Define solution components and makes sure that the project components are developed in an integrated way and the objective of the project is met • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that applications are properly tested, configured, and deployed. • Onsite-Offshore coordination experience • Working closely with customer/business, Consulting professionals design, build and implement strategies that can help enhance business performance • Full lifecycle implementation from requirements analysis, platform selection, technical architecture design, application design and development, testing, and deployment • Implementation expertise with a distributed structured storage technology such as BigTable, Cassandra, Dynamo, Mongo or similar NoSQL solution *ETL Developer – Data Stage:* • Total 6+ Years of ETL design & development experience using IBM DataStage Ionosphere tool set • Prepare Technical Design / Specifications; develop routines for data extraction and loading. To design, build, program ETL procedures ( DataStage/Unix) • Hands on development, and attention to detail from analysis through implementation and post-production QA.
