Need Business Analyst with Property & Casualty Insurance -Trenton,NJ - 12 Months
Position : * Business Analyst with Property & Casualty Insurance* Location : Trenton,NJ Duration : 12+ Months *Note :* Need a candidate with Strong domain experience in Property & Casualty Insurance in the areas of Homeowner’s and Policy Administration System (PAS). *JOB SUMMARY* Responsible for communicating the customer requirements, defines user acceptance criteria for requirements, prioritizing and managing the product backlog, as well as collaborating with the delivery teams throughout the iterative development cycle. Writes (or has the team write) customer-centric items (typically user stories), ranks and prioritizes them, and submits them to the product backlog for approval. Captures information and documentation through meetings and discussions. As a member, is responsible for both defining and prioritizing the Backlog. Gathers and generates technical requirements. Collaborates with testing lead and co-develops testing strategy. Plays a significant role in data definition and support across as needed. *Primary Responsibilities: * · Requirements Gathering · Product Backlog Grooming & Submission · Development and validation of current state process flows and data diagrams · Provide Business Analysis and documentation.
