Experience with Electric and Gas Utilities - REQUIRED *Summary:* Accountable for program and project delivery as measured by on-time, on budget, scope delivery, and customer satisfaction. Responsible for planning, managing, and implementing business-driven program solutions. Provides overall coordination, status reporting and stability of a program ranging in cost from $15M – 25M. Hires and directs project managers to successful services delivery. Accountable for issue and risk mitigation. Consults with business and Business Systems executives to develop business and technical strategy. *Essential Responsibilities:* • Portfolio/Policy Management and Program Strategy and Planning - Leads the program planning effort, including the formulation of the overall implementation strategy, program scope management, definition of the deliverables and the required delivery dates, creation of a logical work breakdown structure, and definition of major project milestones. Contributes to development of a program business case through definition of project cost estimates and review of benefit estimates. Ensures alignment with IT strategy, policy and standards, and other business and technical projects/efforts. • Program Delivery/Daily Management/Controls - Manages, prepares and produces program/project management reports, timelines, budgets, and documentation. Closely monitors and drives improvements in program budget/forecast and schedules. Ensures a viable work plan is created resulting in the on time completion of the projects within the program. Ensures the successful completion of all project deliverables & milestones in a critical/complex environment. • Project Risk - Identifies risks and issues and provides effective mitigation. Monitors overall program activities and resolves/escalates issues as needed. • Program Customer Relationship Management - Develops and sustains strong relationship with vendors, business management personnel, Project Managers and Business Technology Executives.
