NO EXCEPTIONS.* *Must have strong Project Management and Business Analysis Experience.* Requirements: • 5+ years of IT Business Analyst/Project management experience • Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, negotiation and leadership skills • Assess and manage scope changes, risks, dependencies, resource constraints and conflict • Strong knowledge of IT systems, practices and functional units • Keep team members motivated, resolve conflicts and make hard decisions between team members and stakeholders. • Manage deliverables and commitments according to established project schedule. • Keep and maintain project budget and ensure team time tracking stays within established budget. • Solve problems that may come up during a typical work day including analyzing data and making decisions that affect the project on a regular basis.
