Formats and results are not well synchronized or aligned with organizational or operational changes. The new system/application will allow for more accurate and timely dissemination of key sales performance metrics thus improving management governance. Retail management will have access to performance information in a centralized location, allowing for easier trend analysis, marketing evaluations, branch performance current versus previous quarter/year. *Deliverables: criteria/results by which success can be measured:* Utilizing Business Change Framework Methodology, develop reporting for PMO and Senior Executive Audience. Complete all required templates provided per required schedule and obtain sign offs. Lead Project Team meetings and ad hoc meetings as necessary to meet deliverables. Manage team members to ensure on time and complete deliverables. Manage Project Financials: Gathering estimates, submitting documentation to obtain approvals for project incremental budgets, tracking and reporting on costs to budget. Develop and manage project plan / timeline working with key teams. Manage Risks, Issues, Scope Changes and Change Requests. Solicit and document options to resolve scope growth or budget overages. Management of confidential materials, ensuring all privacy and regulatory requirements are met. Candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Candidate must be capable of communicating in writing and in person with a broad audience including Executive level.
