Role will include identifying, designing, and implementing creative business and technology solutions for mid-tier client. The candidate will be responsible for the following; • Lead and manage overall delivery of RICE-W components of project. Self directed, will direct the team of offshore and onsite client resources, including planning and budgeting, define deliverable content, solicit buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client • Lead and deliver workshops to the client technical team to walk through the analysis, design, development, and testing of RICE-W elements • Define Technical Standards to be utilized for integration with legacy systems and applications using Oracle Middleware technology. Potential candidate should have the following skills: • 10+ years IT consulting experience, preferably in a Big 4 environment. • Experience in architecting, developing and managing custom, enterprise solutions. • Demonstrated communication skills and high comfort level leading and facilitating design workshops. • Experience managing off shore development and implementation teams through IT strategy initiatives, middleware implementations, application design and development while leveraging overall technical architecture knowledge. • Technical knowledge of the Oracle eBusiness Suite architecture, SOA framework and development methodology • Experience deploying BPEL-based Enterprise Foundation Framework to facilitate monitoring, scheduling, and review of interface processes • Experience integrating with Hyperion for Capital budgeting will be an benefit • University degree required.
