*Skill requirements:*

   - Producing high-level technical specifications/approaches
   - Completing very complex development, including new third party
   integrations
   - Reviewing detailed technical specifications
   - Troubleshooting complex technical issues Required Skillset
   - 5+ years experience with PeopleTools, including some experience with
   version 8.48 or above
   - 4+ years experience with real-time XML based integrations
   - 3+ years of techno-functional PeopleSoft CRM experience, including
   experience with the Support and Sales/Marketing modules
   - Familiarity with distributed systems architecture and SOA
   - Working knowledge of Oracle databases, including SQL and PL/SQL.
   - Experience with different development methodologies including Agile,
   and RUP
   - Ability to understand very complex functional requirements and
   translate them into high-level requirements
   - Strong Aptitude to troubleshoot
   - Strong verbal and written communication skills
   - Independent and self-starter
   - Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

*Nice-to-have skills:*

   - UNIX scripting experience
   - Experience with Weblogic version 8.x
   - Experience in brokerage industry or any other allied area
   - Additional Items to consider
   - Brokerage and or/Financial Services Industry Knowledge
