The position reports to Development Project Manager, with direct interface with the T-Mobile UMTS Project Manager. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Provide project tracking and other project administrative tasks. • Supports the project staff by creating electronic work orders in a database and providing updates and reports on those work orders. • Facilitating project logistics such as meetings, conference rooms, conference calls, etc. • Takes meeting minutes and action items during meetings and performs basic follow-up. • Develops presentations and project tracking documentation using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project. • Generates daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly reports. • Support project management staff with multiple projects. • Reports to the Senior Manager or Project Management. • All other activities reasonably related to the successful administration and completion of the Project and Services. Minimum Required Skills / Competencies: • Strong Excel, MS office, MS Project and the ability to create and run reports. Strong writing and organizational skills. • Prior experience with T-Mobile InSite database a plus.
