Define and Establish program test strategy
Establish and communicate program test schedule
Define program test design and execution planning
Define and execute the program communication plan
Program dashboard & representation to senior executives & stakeholders
Resource management and enable collaborative environment
Define test standards, processes, and tools for all Program Level Testing.
